It is the intent of Service Management Dynamix, LLC (SMDx) to always deliver the highest quality products and services to our customers and resellers, achieving a very high degree of customer and learner satisfaction. We do not intend to offer any refunds to customers and resellers because their success or failure is larger based on their commitment to applying the lessons and guidance provided by SMDx resources. However, if an issue with our delivery does arise, we will negotiate with the customer a suitable resolution to the issue whether that would include a portion of the charges to the customer will be determined by mutual agreement.
